  • My new led shower head.

Now this was an unexpected find. This toilet is located in the women’s room at the Mystery Spot in Santa Cruz, CA. The flush is interesting. There is a very short, but powerful “surge” of water, kind of like a vintage toilet, then the bowl drains. I think this building used to also have a men’s restroom, but now it is a closet. I peeked in there, but did not see anything noteworthy. I might have to go all the way in, and see if there are any signs of a former restroom. If the men’s restroom was in this building, it had a 1950s Crane trough urinal, which I think either was set up to use a timed concealed high tank, or set up to operate waterless (it would probably smell, but it has been done before). The other toilets in this restroom were Gerber Ultra Flush toilets with the correct bowl, which I did not film, as I did not find them as interesting. So I would guess these toilets replaced 1950s Crane toilets.
