Alright so in the video before that’s what happens everyday after I wake up at 4AM, work on Kreative and workout. It’s tough but has so many benefits and if you need some motivation to start, I have a video on the top 10 reasons to take cold showers in the card on the video or in the description below. Just a few for example are that it increases testosterone, makes your skin and hair healthier, and gives you the ability to take bigger risks.
So to get into the 1st step of taking cold showers: and I’m assuming you’re going in naked or else that would be step 1, but for beginners (and I’ll talk about more effective ways to take cold showers later in the video when you have this into a habit), the first step is to get into the shower when it’s lukewarm, not as hot as you normally do it and not too cold. Now some people may say that this is dumb, but fuck them… just kidding but this is only for the 1st week or two to stop getting scared, and then you can jump in cold.
Step 2 is that every 5 seconds, and I count this down as I clean myself, or instead of counting, after washing a body part I lower the shower handle a bit down toward cold, and over time you’ll reach all the way down to the lowest possible setting. It feels amazing, and instead of just jumping in you go little by little until you can go in without using the pussy method.
The 3rd step is that as you continue to wash yourself off, when you hit the colder settings, stand right underneath the water and allow it to hit you in multiple spots, don’t jump around or go in and out of it, stand directly underneath it and count to 10, let it hit your back for 10 seconds, the back of your head for 10 seconds, then turn around and let it hit your face, your chest, and everything else. Even though it’s only about a minute on the coldest temperature, it feels amazing after a while and even when you get out you feel amazing.
A tip is to take deep breaths because it will shock you so just make sure you stay calm. Over time if you do this daily you will get many of the benefits I talked about in the previous video as well as just feeling really good about yourself. I normally let out a “FUCK that was fucking dope” at 6:30 in the morning.
For those of you that have been doing cold showers like this, or if you want to be like me the first time I tried this out, you can jump right into a freezing cold shower. There’s massive anxiety rushing through you and it was much more of me jumping around than actually cleansing myself, but this is how you do it so that you can go in immediately, while at the same time enjoying it and not getting shocked too crazily.
The first step is make that bitch cold, then put your feet in for 5 seconds, then your hands in for 5 seconds, then your head in for 5 seconds, and then put your whole body in and now you’re taking a cold shower. Doing each body part at a time makes it less stressful and makes it more enjoyable.
Besides that you get a pretty dope rush from taking a cold shower and you develop a ton of discipline. Also, let me know what you think in the comments down below and what you want me to improve on.
