Replacing a shower head is a quick and easy way to add a sense of luxury and style to your bathroom. Today we’re going to show you how to replace a shower head.
Here’s a list of things you’re going to need.
Your fancy new shower head.
Pliers or an adjustable wrench.
And a towel for clean up.
You may also need an extension arm to accommodate the shape of your new shower head.
First unscrew the old shower head. We recommend that the water be turned off for this step. It just makes sense.
Next if you’re replacing the extension arm, now is the time to remove it. We used a screwdriver for leverage to remove it. Now wrap the plumbers tape around both ends and screw in the new extension arm pipe. Slide that bad boy on there like this and yep…looks good.
With the arm installed, screw on the new shower head. Tighten this guy up with a wrench.
Yep..that right there is a fancy new shower head. Turn the water on to check for leaks…and enjoyl.
