The shower valve itself controls flow rate to the shower head or the bath filler using the upper control. Temperature can be adjusted using the lower control.
The bath filler has a combined lever waste function which produces a nice tidy finish and function when installed.
This video does not depict the usage of a triple shower valve which can supply flow to two outputs simultaneously. A diverted triple valve can use a total of three outlets.
