  • This modern, eco-friendly dual-flush model meets EPA WaterSense® criteria and lets you choose a full flush or a partial flush using 37.5% less water. A 16-½” rim enhances ease of use. A PowerWash® rim cleans the bowl, and its EverClean® surface stays cleaner, longer. And the No Tools Installation is easy to do yourself.

DO NOT try this at home as it may not clog your toilet, but will likely clog your waste pipes.

Tree roots had grown into tank from the broken seals where the plastic pipes enter the tank, the roots were trying to grow into the pipe coming from the house. The roots would snag toilet paper and cause very slow draining and a possible toilet overflow.

See the removal of the roots in my “Removing tree roots from a septic tank” video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ev8I-c4_BMM&feature=plcp&context=C3ad77b6UDOEgsToPDskIKCiKDlRS6qYdiTrz3vXUX

I removed the roots and reseal pipe penetrations and also sealed the hatches to keep the rain water out. I also sprinkled a liberal amount of copper sulfate around the hatches and where the pipes enter the tank to keep the roots away.

    Thanks for watching!
